Kindness:
It costs nothing, but means everything.
Meet Shea
Shea attends high school in Southern California and has a passion for art. She is currently in her school’s Performing Arts & Multimedia Academy, recently being awarded with several of her pieces as Best In District as well as published in Celebrating Art – California. Shea would describe herself as compassionate, hardworking, creative, visionary, and empathetic. She has been recognized by her teachers as a recipient of the Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizens Award. She is also a competitive tennis player, playing on both her High School team as well as in many USTA tournaments throughout Southern California. Over the years, Shea has volunteered for community service events, including beach clean ups, food harvesting for homeless shelters, spending holidays with seniors in assisted living, helping organize a school-wide book drive to providing resources to low income schools, and packaging soup ingredients to be sent to areas in need. Shea currently sits on her temple’s youth board as the Social Action Chair.
